Under the competence of the Secretariat lie the following responsibilities of shared interest for the whole Ministry, i.e. affairs enabling undisturbed, efficient and coordinated work of all Sectors at the Ministry:
legal affairs, inspection and operational issues;
- financial management and material issues;
- investment issues;
- personnel and procurement issues;
- research analysis issues;
- IT issues;
- strategic planning of Ministerial activities;
- administrative-technical, operational issues;
- internal structure and functioning of the Ministry.
